Whole Chicken - 4-5 lb - $10-$12
Whole Turkey 12-19 lb - $3.25 per pound
Pulled Pork - $7 per pound
Whole smoked heavenly ham with Coca Cola glaze- $7 per pound
Spare ribs- $12 per rack
Baby Back ribs- $15 per rack
Smoked Tofu- $6 per pound yummy (yes tofu!)
Prime rib- market price

Sides:

Potato Bake- $55 full pan, $30 for half pan
BBQ beans- $40 full pan, $20 for half pan

We can also smoke your wild game- $4 per pound. You shoot it we smoke it !
